AuraPOS operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for salon billing, appointment scheduling, and customer management. We are committed to protecting the privacy of salon owners, stylists, and clients.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Salon name, owner contact details, email address, and authentication credentials.
• Billing & Transaction Data: Service orders, staff commission allocations, and invoice histories processed through our register.
• Payment Processing: Online subscription payments are tokenized and securely handled via Razorpay. We do not store raw card numbers.

3. Data Security & Encryption

All communications are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Database snapshots are encrypted at rest with regular security audits.
